Policies and practices

    • Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and professional.

    • Any sexual comments, jokes, requests, gestures, touching, exposure, or other inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately (or being canceled if it occurs beforehand).

    • Aggressive, abusive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

    • The full appointment fee may still be charged.

    • The client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.

    • Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate.

    Mutual respect is the foundation of every appointment. Clients can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, and the same is expected in return. Any behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, intimidating, or otherwise disrespectful may result in immediate termination of services and permanent dismissal from the practice.

    I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I believe providing treatment would be unsafe, unethical, outside my scope of practice, or inconsistent with professional massage therapy standards.

    • Services are provided only in private, established residences.

    • I do not provide services in:

      • Hotels

      • Motels

      • Airbnbs

      • Vacation rentals

      • Offices (unless you've decided to offer corporate massage)

      • Public spaces

    • The location must be safe, clean, smoke-free, and allow adequate space for my massage table.

    • 24-hour notice required.

    • Same-day cancellations may be charged.

    • No-shows are charged 100%.

    • Emergencies are considered individually.

    • Accepted payment methods: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Check, Card (3% processing fee will apply)

    • Payment due at completion of service

    • There will be a fee for any returned checks

    • Gift certificate must be used within one (1) year of purchase. No refunds will be given to the receipient of the gift certificate, only the purchaser and only within a year of the origional purchase.

  • Clients should inform you of:

    • Pregnancy

    • Recent injuries

    • Blood clots

    • Cancer treatment

    • Recent surgeries

    • Skin infections

    • Any condition affecting massage safetyription

    • Clients remain appropriately draped throughout the session.

    • Only the area being worked on is uncovered.

    • Professional standards are followed at all times.

    • Minor clients no younger that 14yo

    • Parent/legal guardian consent required.

    • Parent or guardian must remain present.

  • Friendly pets are welcome but should be secured if they interfere with the session.

    • Please provide gate codes.

    • Parking fees are the client's responsibility.

    • If parking is unavailable, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    • Severe weather may require rescheduling.

    • Unsafe road conditions may delay or cancel appointments.
